Balti dishes are from the traditional Punjab of Pakistan, cooked and served in a cast iron Kashmiri pan known as a Balti with freshly blended spices, fresh onions, green peppers and tomatoes flavoured with green herbs. The strength of these dishes can be prepared to suit your taste.
